If the driver asks you for cash, please reach out to us immediately at Call Us: +1 (844) 800-6828, via live chat on the OurBus website, or email us at pr@ourbus.com, provided you already have a valid ticket.

Please note that you can board the bus only if you have a valid ticket. If you do have a valid ticket, you are not required to pay the driver anything extra.
