Log in to the OurBus application or website and go to the “My Passes” section under “My Account”. You should be able to find your upcoming travel tickets under the “Upcoming Trips” tab.
If you are unable to find the tickets on your email or under the “My Passes” section in your profile, it might be that you have entered the wrong email address or there might have been a typo in the email while booking the tickets. In this case, we request that you to reach out to our Live Chat team or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
Date of travel
Name of the passenger.
Our support team will send your tickets to the correct email address.
