If you wish to cancel a ticket, just follow these simple steps:
Click on "Cancel Ticket" in your original OurBus confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can cancel when you are logged into your account at OurBus.com or on our mobile app. The funds will be transferred as stored credit to the OurBus Wallet. The credit will reflect in your wallet immediately, and you can use it to book another ticket in the future.
Till what time before the trip can I cancel my ticket?
- You can cancel the tickets at least more than 60 minutes before the departure time. The funds will be transferred as stored credit to the OurBus Wallet.
- In case you are canceling the ticket more than 24 hours from the departure time, you will be eligible for a full refund back to your original payment source as per our cancellation and refund policy.
- If the bus provider is Best Bus/DC Trail, tickets can be canceled or rescheduled 60 minutes before the departure time, unlike our regular cancellation/reschedule policy, which is 60 minutes.
Can the ticket be canceled partially?
No, OurBus does not offer partial cancellation of tickets. You can cancel your current booking and purchase a new ticket after making the necessary changes.
