Passengers are allowed to bring one suitcase (up to 50 lbs) for storage in the cargo hold and one small handbag to be kept on their lap. Please note that carry-on suitcases are treated as regular luggage due to limited overhead space.
For intercity routes, carrying extra luggage requires purchasing an add-on during the booking process. This add-on ensures that your additional suitcase will be accommodated.
However, for buses operated by DC Trails, Interstate Bus, Gunther (via Tripper Bus), Super Trans, Community Coach, Vision Tours (via Sprinter Bus), and other cross-selling partners, luggage add-ons are not available. In such cases, passengers must purchase an additional ticket to carry extra luggage.
Additionally, only two bicycles can be accommodated in the luggage compartment per trip with an add-on purchase. Passengers traveling with bicycles are advised to arrive at the pickup location at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
