Contact the Rally Customer Experience team via info@rally.co or the live chat option in the bottom righthand corner of your screen. Let us know the event you're attending and your departure city and we'll add it for you!
If your event allows for additional Rally Points (pickups) to be added, you may be able to add the city by entering it in the "magnifying glass icon," which is located in the top left corner of your Event's map.
Most events will allow you to add a new departure city, but sometimes it's not possible to do so because the event is coming up too soon, or the event organizer has closed the option.
