As soon as you purchase a ticket with OurBus, an account is automatically created using your registered email address.


If you cancel a booking and choose credits, the amount will be added to your OurBus wallet. For OTA bookings, the amount can only be credited to your OurBus wallet.


You can access your wallet by logging into your account using the same email and setting a password.


After logging in, follow the instructions on how to activate your OurBus wallet. 


Once the wallet is activated, the credits will be auto applied at checkout 
the next time you make a booking with OurBus.
