As soon as you purchase a ticket with OurBus, an account is created for you linked to your email address.
When you cancel a booking with us and the credits are added to your OurBus wallet, you can simply login to your OurBus account by creating a password for the same email that was used to purchase the ticket.
After logging in, follow the instructions on how to activate your OurBus wallet.
Once the wallet is activated, the credits will be auto applied at checkout the next time you make a booking with OurBus.
